Art 4 Recovery – Last Door Recovery

The Last Door Recovery Centre will be hosting “Art 4 Recovery” on Friday, September 18, 2015 at the Yaletown Roundhouse Centre.  Partial proceeds from the auction will be donated to Last Door’s Addiction Treatment Family Program.

Select artists from all over the world have provided paintings and mixed media creations to showcase. The selection of pieces will be comprised of an eclectic and wide variety of subject matter, with diverse symbolism in the following formats: giclée, print, litho and original painting. They range in style is from Abstract, Contemporary, Modern, to Realism.  Prices of the silent auction items will range from $200 to $13,000.

300 paintings will be provided by the following artists: Alexei Sourvikin, Nasimo, Rodel Rillera, John Van’T Hullenaar (The Dutchman), Sarah Jane Pavlus, Pieter Molenaar, Leo Canosa from La Marca in Cuba, Jesse Dicey and Alain Boullard.

Last Door has helped thousands of people find recovery from addiction issues… with your art purchase, you will be supporting Last Door reach more people and spreading the message that addicts can recover.  Addiction effects the entire family, recovery at Last Door helps heal those family relationships.

Last Door is a registered non-profit organization that provides addiction treatment for youth and adults, and has been providing services since 1984.  Last Door is a licensed facility and is well known as one of the best recovery centres in Canada with one of the most vibrant recovery communities in the world.

  • Tickets are $20 each
  • Guests who purchase a painting will have their ticket fee reimbursed
